Deep underneath the city of Ciardha is an underground blackmarket. The entrance is located at the back alley of Ciardha city. There is a tree located in that alley, with a large hole in between its roots. Jump through the hole, and you will find yourself at the blackmarket. It's like a store, only you can buy anything there. That includes illegal items. So if you can't find what you want anywhere else, you will definitally find it here.
